Absolute

Everything has always been
Black or white
Never gray
Right or wrong
Never doubt
Until I meet you
There was no in between

It was either
Hot or cold
Never warm
Left or right
Never straight
Until there was you

Always a
Yes or no
Never maybe so
Beginning or end
Never infinity or beyond
Day or night
Never dawn
But with you I found
Anything is possible
There is no absolute

The Compassionate Lion

A hunter in the wild
No rules
No consequences
Roaming and seeking its prey
No fear
No competitor
Devouring and taking at will
The king
The master

Suddenly stumbling upon something
So captivating
So beautiful
So unknown
Silently waiting to finds it's weakness
and in his paws make it his own

But being to beautiful to bear
to devastating to kill
He decided to let it go
Become the hunted
Feel the fear
Take the orders
Lose to power
Be the weak
Die as the prey
Go against nature
Be the Compassionate Lion

Better than Nothing...

In my dreams with you and me.
It is only you who I'm aware and see.
You'll be waiting in your white sundress,
and together we make our promise.
For the beach and the wind to witness;
And see the fruits of our Love's endeavor.
Because you'll have a piece of my heart and love...
from now until forever!
So we'll always have our dreams!
And we'll always have our memories!
Because no one is the bad guy.
So please...please, don't cry.
We both knew eventually it had to be said...
Something is better than nothing instead.

Love "Quotes" from Le Morte de Arthur

"God defend me," said Dinadan, "for the joy of love is too short, and the sorrow and what cometh thereof endureth overlong."

"...for he is the man in the world the which I first loved, and truly he shall be the las man that ever after I shall love...I might not withstand the fervent love wherefore I have my death." (Fair Maid of Astolot)

"I love not to constrained to love; for love must arise of the heart, and not by no constraint." (Sir Launcelot)

"Love is free in himself, and never will be bounden; for where he is bounden he looseth himself." (King Arthur)

"I promised her at that day ever to be her knight in right or in wrong." (Sir Launcelot)

When you arrive...

The darkness covered the night
and one can only listen to
the waves crashing against the rocks
and the sound of the ocean brushing against the sand.
A breeze came in slowly and fresh
while she awaited inside the temple...
Not being able to sleep,
and not wanting to sleep to enjoy the night.
Waiting for the sound of her love to arrive.
She closed her eyes to imagine him,
to dream of him.
And in the distance one could hear,
the foot steps, the breathing, the armour
against his body as he came closer.
The sounds penetrated the room,
until it reached her.
With her eyes shut,
her mouth made a smile.
She could feel him, he was real.
The wind caressed her hair
delicately touching her face,
causing a pleasant sensation.
She let her head fall on his strong hands.
And with a kiss on the forehead,
she could feel the heat inside him.
Like a ray of sun entering through
the window as the sunrises.
Saying, "Good morning my love, I'm here!"

Speak in My Mouth

Your voice
soft and seductive
has me breathless and wishing.
Each letter, each word, and every pause
has me suspended.
Don't stop.
Don't stop talking.
Tell me everything,
tell me until the end.
My lips get dry and begin to shake
and without knowing what to say
or what to do.
Wishing you would speak to me.
Speak in my mouth.
Place your words on
my tounge.

Thief

Without knowing the day or the hour
you came in through the back door
not making any noise
not leaving a trace
you were inside
a place new to you
the unknown
but you quickly figured it out
you became like the air
and the wind blew
inviting the moon and the stars
to come inside
and while looking at your face
your eyes made everything halt for a minute
no breaths
no thoughts
lost in the clouds
floating
still dreaming
your eyes like the ocean
deep
tempting me
inviting me to join you
and the sand between my toes
soft and warm from the sun
my feet touched the water
and I stood there
contemplating all the beauty
